Israel orders partial demolition of Palestinian school | Maan News Agency

Over 65 years of 24/7 crimes against humanity and racism lead a society to this place, racism against children is simply a way of everyday life in Israel and the OPT today.

In Israel, the world beholds and watches a people who lose more and more of their humanity every day that passes.

Stop Unlawful West Bank Home Demolitions

"REPORT from*Human Rights*Spike in Destruction Raises War Crime Concerns(Jerusalem) – Israeli forces should immediately end unlawful demolitions of Palestinian homes and other structures in Occupied Palestinian Territory. The demolitions have displaced at least 79 Palestinians since August 19, 2013. Demolitions of homes and other structures that compel Palestinians to leave their communities may amount to the forcible transfer of residents of an occupied territory, which is a war crime." So many children have suffered from Israeli Apartheid and Occupation, forced from their homes and schools.

OMG! Isn't it just awful? Do you think maybe NOW might be a good time for the Palestinian terrorists to stop their missile attacks on Israel, end their vow to annihilate Israel & work with Israel for peace?

So true. Israel must put an end to all the Palestinian homes on stolen land & other building facilities constructed without consent by Israel.

Together with the simple task of making sure they have planning permission before they build.

Is their ANYONE who would disagree it would be fair for Israel to allow all Palestinians who have land deeds to their homes & building facilities to remain & all those who don't to get off their stolen land?

It sure doesn't belong to the Fakestinians.
It sure the hell does!

There isn't a single country on earth that recognizes Israel's right to that land.

Not one!

It sure the hell does!

Nope. Didn't while the Ottoman Empire was in charge.
Not while the British were in charge and not while the Jordanians were in charge.
It sure doesn't belong to the Fakestinians since Israel has been in charge of it.

Owning land and living on it & having sovereignty over that land are two different things. The Palestinians never had and still don't have sovereignty over East Jerusalem.

That doesn't change the fact that Israel has absolutely no right to the land under international law, nor does it refute his point that there isn't a single country in the world that recognizes Israel's right to it. In fact, Israel's "ownership" of it violates the conditionals of its own admittance into the United Nations.

Not according to the International Court of Justice...

Ruling of the ICJ

On July 9, 2004, the International Court of Justice issued its opinion against the barrier [around East Jerusalem], calling for it to be removed and the Arab residents to be compensated for any damage done. The Court advised that the United Nations General Assembly, which had asked for the ruling, and the Security Council should act on the issue.

The ICJ opinions were as follows:

1. The construction of the wall being built by Israel, the occupying Power, in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem, and its associated regime, are contrary to international law;

2. Israel is under an obligation to terminate its breaches of international law; it is under an obligation to cease forthwith the works of construction of the wall being built in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem, to dismantle forthwith the structure therein situated, and to repeal or render ineffective forthwith all legislative and regulatory acts relating thereto, in accordance with paragraph 151 of this Opinion;

3. Israel is under an obligation to make reparation for all damage caused by the construction of the wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem;

4. All States are under an obligation not to recognize the illegal situation resulting from the construction of the wall and not to render aid or assistance in maintaining the situation created by such construction; all States parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 have in addition the obligation, while respecting the United Nations Charter and international law, to ensure compliance by Israel with international humanitarian law as embodied in that Convention;

5.The United Nations, and especially the General Assembly and the Security Council, should consider what further action is required to bring to an end the illegal situation resulting from the construction of the wall and the associated regime, taking due account of the present Advisory Opinion.
So no, fucker, that land ain't yours!

Exactly!
