ISIS leaders have encouraged followers to inflict death on Christians and Jews in Europe and the U.S. during Ramadan. I haven't heard of any such incidents here in the U.S. Ramadan will end on April 8. It wouldn't hurt to be watchful around any middle easterners, however.
