Is This Their Next Move? Dems Mulling Not Certifying Trump If He Wins

Only a shit refuses to accept the will of the people.

Are you talking about this commie freak? From the OP:

While Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) conceded that there could be violence, he said it wouldn’t necessarily stop them from trying to disqualify him. “We might just decide that’s something we need to prepare for.”

I wonder if he knows the house doesn't have the constitutional authority to unilaterally disqualify anyone, with the exception of members of the house. If they try any shit they may find out why Americans own so many AR-15s.

Trump incited an insurrection. He disqualified himself.

You didn't read the source article, you only read the right wing propaganda, about the article OKTexas.

They were talking about the supreme court, and what their decision may say and do, which could be throwing the insurrection disqualification to Congress to decide...

Law enforcement has already made that decision, since not one person has been charged under the insurrection act. The term "insurrection" has been used, by political actors, trying to score political points, nothing more. There is absolutely nothing the house could legitimately do to change any of that.

We disputed the election but never had a feasible effort to stop it or change it
If Dems try to thwart the will of the voting public then that would fit the Classic Definition of All Elements of Insurrection

It’s a media fabrication term that libs naturally locked on to

The ever erudite and sophisticated adults at the Atlantic show Democrats considering a new version of "DEFENDING DEMOCRACY!" (tm) in their latest superior and well credentialed rhetorical flourish.

Things could get ugly folks.

From the article:

And it gets profoundly worse:

You wanna see blatant, even dangerous hypocrisy?

RATskin is the masterclass.

With the jarring realization that their electoral goose may be cooked in November, the Dems are shockingly becoming even more unhinged and a threat to the very nation they purport to defend.

The demrats and Bush/Cheney/McConnell will stop at virtually nothing to keep Trump from winning in 2024. 91 phony bs indictments, Stasi prosecutors like Bragg, Smith and James.

Several people have been charged and convicted of "seditious conspiracy".
"Now I don't know what that is...but it sounds bad". :auiqs.jpg:

No one has to be formally charged with Insurrection for an actual "insurrection" to have taken place.

For example... a coroner can return a verdict of "homicide" for a death but the lack of formal charges does not change the facts.

What is lacking here is an authoritative declaration or proclamation stipulating that an Insurrection had, indeed, taken place.

Armed with a Federal -level authoritative declaration along those lines the Colorado ballot-banning would have withstood scrutiny.

But, as usual, the shortsighted idiot Democrats missed that glaringly obvious and oh-so-necessary prelude to any such charges.

These idiot LibProg Dems would phukk-up a two-car funeral... damned-near as bad as the MAGA Korrupt Klown Kar...
