    I tend toward loss. I'm sure that's not what the judge meant, but seems to open the door to GA residents actually knocking down civil unions, which most probably would have supported? :dunno:

    I think this most definately opens a can of worms, that does belong to the states. Glad to see that's where the action is.

    Another liberal activist judge, dictating his/her agenda from the bench AGAINST the will of the people.

    These judges should be stripped of their power and publicly flogged.
