They cannot force free people to behave as they want. There is no slavery in the USA

That is true, as far as it goes.

But the company has the same freedom to terminate your employment and hire someone who will adhere to rules of conduct and dress codes.
 
They can become starving shit if they don't like dealing with free people. The US industry ultimately belongs to the American nation and not to the managers who have been entrusted with management and ownership

No, the US Industry does not belong to the people. It belongs to the people who own the company.
 
If you invest millions of dollars in your own business, you get to set the ground rules concerning your employees.
