News last night....following the widely broadcast hotel clip ....reported that the woman and the perp had already reached a financial settlement, and that was suggested why a police report wasn't made.

One broadcast also stated that the perp had paid the hotel about $50,000 for the tape so it wouldn't get released.

Ah, well.......that's $50k that was maybe ill-spent?

I'm watching TMZ. This woman from a 7th lawsuit is funny. From the 90's. Her lawyer explained that after the first rape Diddy convinced her to give him a "mulligan" and when she came back out, he did it again. And he did it to her more than twice.
