I am sure it is. Not only that mode of transportation but on foreign military planes that maintain warehouses for shipping military equipment back from whatever locations that they have them. How to I know? Columbia maintained a warehouse on the Fort Lauderdale Airport and one night a patrol unit recovered about one ton of the stuff sitting outside the warehouse that the Columbiaa government rented. The Nation disclaimed the weed was a part of a import that they flew in. Later undercover officers found out they ran out of room and the power that be decided to take the chance of just covering up the load....Just a case of a noisy cop looking around uncovered this little case.

You know, if you want to solve the heroin problem, then take care of it where it starts.......................doctors over prescribing opiate medications.

The reason there is a heroin epidemic here in the USA is because doctors were over prescribing opiates, people got hooked while under the doctors care, and when they are "cured", the doctor quits giving them painkillers, but they are already hooked, so they turn to the nearest similar substance which is heroin.

BTW...........did you know that opiate overdoses and usage have gone down by over 25 percent since they legalized marijuana in Colorado?
