Mixed people will only grow as a population as long as there are pure races to draw from in the country. When a particular mixed pairing becomes common enough the offspring simply becomes the new "Hispanic" or "Arab" group.

In fact, it is largely dependent on white people to increase the mixed population because only non-white mixed with white produces the kinds of people associated today as "mixed". People like Tiger Woods are just considered weird looking black people.

It actually makes perfect sense. There aren't really "mixed" people in a country like Mexico anymore because the mix between the Spanish/Portuguese and the indigenous people became the default "Mexican" that we know today.

Once there aren't any pure white people in America anymore "mixed" will no longer be considered a legitimate label because every group in America will be "mixed" pretty heavily already(including native blacks).
