Irate Congressman gives cops easy rule just follow the damn Constitution Ars Technica
How can they do that if their training is aimed at cheating people of their rights? If you are not informed of your rights they will take advantage of you. Does the "You don't mind if I check your trunk do you?" question, or rather the choice of words, sound fishy?

No kidding, Baltimore has been run by DEMOCRATS for something like 20 years, but you notice they don't PUT the blame on them. It's the police, it's not enough money, it's Conservatives/Republicans, hell they just haven't gotten around to Bush yet... and then these nasty elected asses comes out and acts all frikken stupid and rants and raves.
