Bull shit. Germans were trying to get into the American and British Occupation Zones. There were many more soldiers KIA in the Iraqi Occupation than in the fight to oust Saddam. There was a small group of determined Nazis who tried the insurgency gig in Germany but it never amounted to much in the UK/France/USA zones.

Of course your resentment is valid. But we must keep in mind that Maliki and his administration (clique) are the source of opposition to American presence in Iraq -- not the poor wretches who are being slaughtered by fanatics.

We committed the full strength of the U.S. Military to invading Iraq, during which we killed many innocent civilians including children and their mothers. The bombing of Baghdad alone was a horrendous, wholly unnecessary action for which George W. Bush and his criminal conspirators should be prosecuted.

Now, when the full strength of the U.S. Military should be brought to bear against the fanatics who are murdering innocent civilians, including little babies, we are constrained in our actions. What is happening in Iraq now is our fault! We are responsible for it and we should be putting an end to it.

What the hell has happened to the spirit of this Nation since the 40s and 50s? This isn't America anymore. We once were admired by the world but now we are despised.
