I saw a web cast today that featured a writer, Steven Hayes, who writes for the Weekly Standard among other publications. He has appeared many times on CNN, FOX, and MSNBC as well as other outlets.

This is what he said today. He has been in discussions with a major health plan CEO (he hinted it is Aetna) who is stating the following.

"We in the insurance industry have been privately told the Healthcare.gov website will not be fully operational for months...perhaps never. It may have to be scrapped. We have been asked to stay silent about these issues, until the Obama Administration can determine it the site can be repaired at all."

When asked if the Obama Administration was threatening insurance companies with retribution if they spoke publicly, the executive declined to answer. Hayes went on the say, based on various sources he has spoken with, that the Healthcare.gov website
has no chance of being ready by the end of November as Obama has promised.

So my question for all of you. Does anyone believe Healthcare.gov will be fully operational in a month as Obama has promised?
