Maybe I worded that poorly.
At a past job I was stuck in a cubicle but had a nice headset which allowed me to type as I carried on conversations with the public.
My current job does not have headsets. Obviously to me I can type better with one while I am talking and on heavy phone days my neck wouldn't be as sore.
Google did not help me get any statistics on increased productivity with headsets vs regular phones or decreased work comp claims but it seems like common sense.
Anyone have one of these studies tagged in their favorites?
