The "Dems" are not the government and the companies are breaking the law but since fining them isn't doing enough tougher measures are being taken. Just think, this plan would save the government money, fiscally so called Republiturds should be all over this.

We need laws with teeth in them for this kind of fraud.
Piddly fines that are just a cost of doing business and get passed on in increased health care costs do nothing to solve the problem.

Now, on top of fines paid by a company, senior executives can face criminal charges even if they weren't involved in the scheme but could have stopped it had they known

so they weren't involved, and didn't know but will face crimininal charges anyway? sounds pretty communist to me.

now what are demonmorons gonna replace corporations with?? does anybody know?

The fines don't cost these fruadsters jack shit, they pass it on to the consumers and Willowturd thinks nothing should happen because jobs might get lost, but she has no problem paying for the fraudsters fuck ups.

why can't they get a waiver? and what makes you think if the feds make it hard to do business in the US of KKKA that the evil corporations won't leave? and, what are you gonna replace them with? those evil corporations, what will you replace them with?

and how is it fair to make a criminal of someone who doesn't even know what's happening much less partake in it? sounds pretty damn communist to me.
