Yes it’s much like the ones they do in soccer across the pond. They are regular season games split into a tournament with a trophy.

I’m not wild about it, but I don’t mind it.

They need to adjust the timing. There’s a sports lull between the SB and March Madness. Move it there and more people wou pay attention.

30 teams total divided into 6 groups of 5 teams per group. Each team in each group need to win 4 games (2 home, 2 away) to clinch their group. That will happen next Tuesday the 27th.
