"One Lung McClung". E Company, 506th PIR, 101st Airborne,
The others in his unit polished his shoes and pressed his pants because they knew he wouldn't and every one needed to turn out looking sharp before passes would be given out. In Holland he was the first man in the unit to cross a bridge when the Germans blew the bridge up behind him trapping him on the German side of the river alone. He suffered from PTSD like almost every other combat veteran from that war.

Old African proverb: "Everytime a village elder dies, a library burns to the ground"

We're losing these particular libraries way too fast, at a time when we have severely lost our way.
