Some good moment in this speech/lecture. I enjoy the moment at 5:46 when one of the leaders folds his arms when Trump starts talking about immigrants flooding into their country. A general defensive gesture (could it be he is a leader of one such country?). Also, at round 7:20 when Macron has a beaming smile, probably realizing that yes indeed, he and others are being scolded.
Oh, and I like the "I never asked once, what new NATO Headquarters costs, I refuse to do that, but it is beautiful". Spoiler alert, it cost $1 BILLION Euros. A shot at the NATO countries who love to spend money on shiny new things but won't pay their dues for defense.
Of course, there are many honest moments when Trump tells them that the free ride and party is over. Pay up! If you haven't seen it yet, enjoy.
