Illinois governor strikes blow for taxapyers...q

It may be a wake up call for you, but very few people care if you live or die,Republican or Democrat, rich or poor, liberal or conservative.

True, but the Democrats are on the side of working people, and the Republicans are on the side of the Rich.

That makes it a REALLY easy choice. I'm just not sure why it took me so long to figure it out.

(Actually, I do know exactly why, but it would take too long to explain.)

It took that long for your psychosis to advance and the propaganda to sink into your limited understanding of this country...no charge for that:D

Nope, discounting my first 12 years as a voter when I was in the military and voting GOP made sense, it took another 12-16 years to keep voting for them to realize that it wasn't just the odd crappy manager that was the problem, it was the kind of system that makes people like that managers to start with.

What if you treated your employees with dignity and respect? A lot of company owners do, you know.

I haven't met him yet...

I'd really like to have an educated discussion with you about reaching a compromise with workers and employers, but I see that your grasp of reality is very distorted. I can only assume you're a hard-core communist from your last statement. If so, you're in the wrong country pal. I'm sure you would've been much happier alongside Castro and his revolution in '59.

Castro happened for a reason, guy. Stupid rich people who acted like douchebags.

I'd like to avoid a Castro. I'd like us to have what we had back in the 1950's, strong workers rights, a vibrant middle class and the rich paying their fair share, which MOST people back then thought was the right thing to do, Republicans and Democrats alike.

Then somewhere along the line, the GOP became the party that watched "It's a Wonderful Life" and thought Mr. Potter was the hero, not that commie, socialist George Bailey.

I thought you were the cheap labor of your company. There is no way I would live in a crime-infested shithole like Chicago, but I can well imagine it's a good place for you. You wouldn't like Prague. The beer is good and cheap and the women and city are beautiful, but the entitlements would not be to your liking. As a foreigner you would not qualify anyway. People are expected to work here.
Okay, just to settle this..
Thanks, but you're not a very bright person, are you? That may have something to do with your problems. Post some more please.

I haven't met him yet...

How many have you actually met?

You're like my cat. Thinks he's invisible just cause he sticks his head in a box.

The fact that you haven't seen any doesn't mean they don't exist. And the fact that you refuse to start your own company because you fear becoming just like the owners you despise says a lot about yourself.

Cuba was fine before Castro. Thriving actually. Ask any Cuban alive during Batista's presidency that hasn't yet fallen victim to their horrible "free healthcare" system.

Castro happened because the poor that didn't want to work wanted to have what the rich had. Now they're all poor. Except for the 1% government elite.

Settled?

No, it won't be settled because he trusts the douchebags he works for over you a person that is a worker like him. He is one screw up nut case.
Regarding Big Joe's intelligence; in another place or another time he would be a brown shirt, a Manson girl,or a Jim Jones follower - hopefully without the violence.

You agreed to sell your labor to an employer and then you whine that you don't like the agreement

The fault is yours no one else is to blame

NO, what I agreed to wasn't what they delivered... but that's what happens when you don't have unions to enforce agreements.

Then you quit and find another job. Or you take them to court and sue. or better yet work for yourself.

But you don't do that do you?

You would rather hold everyone else more successful than you accountable for your fuck ups.

I don't fear it, I just refuse to do it....

Frankly, there is never a day where I'd want to be my ex-boss, the one who cured me of Republican thought. The man was such a lowlife, such a scumwad, no one sane would want to be him.

The country is done with Plutocracy. We put it on the ballot, and it got voted down.

Then why don't you start your own company?
.

You don't beat the douchebags by becoming a douchebag...

Didn't you just admit to owning a "side business"?

So obviously you are a douche bag on the side.

Well, considering I don't supervise anyone, nor do I cheat my customers, um... no. Not really.

IN fact, I won't take their money if I can't help them. Had one lady who wanted me to do something for her (Sad story, her daughter was killed by a DUI driver) and I told her upfront, what she wanted wasn't realistic.

I'm sure there was a douchebag who took a bunch of her money, though, because a year latter, she was back looking for the same thing, not realizing she had already talked to me.

Honestly, guy, if you aspire to be a douchebag, have at it.

But this is about what POLICIES I support.

Policies friendly to workers vs. Policies friendly to the Rich.

We had that nationl discussion Nov. 6. Your side lost.

Deal with it.

Joe, you remind me of this chick I met.

The first guy she dated turned out to be an asshole and dumped her. Heartbroken, she came to the conclusion that all men were evil and became a lesbian.

So only people who are supervisors are douche bags now. You do realize that there are a lot of supervisors out there who don't own their own business don't you?

I have 10 employees and do you know how many have quit in the past 5 years? None. I treat them very well even my part time people get vacation, sick time and a 401k match.

But this is about what POLICIES I support.

Yes we know unfair punitive taxes for all "douche bags"

Policies friendly to workers vs. Policies friendly to the Rich.

How about fair and equitable policies that treat everyone the same?

And just what "side" am I on? I do not see this country as an us vs. them contest like you do.
