The process for removing dead people from voter rolls should be automated. As soon as the death certificate is processed, the registrar of voters should be notified.

And when you go to the post office to let them know you are moving, you have to fill out a form. Part of that process should be for the post office to notify the registrar of voters.

The last time I moved, I got a post card from a veterinarian in my new neighborhood area. The Post Office sells your moving information to a company which then sells your personal info to local businesses and your new address. So the Post Office should be required to notify the local registrar you have moved away.
