Affordable housing is a thing of the past. The minimum price for a home is 400k
People say "well that's the market" . It's not the market. They'll leave a house up for sale for months before they'll sell it. They don't accept lower offers.
New home ownership is pretty much a revolving door. Husband and wife both work, then one or both lose their job in a few years, they sell the house and move somewhere else. That's not the sign of people who can afford the house.
Well, the bottom line is, when the low paid illegals want to buy a house, they now have to move to your state to do it.
