1. Just because Mueller has agreed to accepting SOME answers in writing to SOME of the things he's investigating. Doesn't mean Trump is cleared on that particular PART of the investigation, or that that is the only thing that Mueller IS investigating. In fact we know that besides conspiracy Mueller is looking at obstruction of justice and multiple other prosecutors are looking into Trump's financial dealings. To give an example. We all know who has been indicted, who has pleaded guilty to crimes, who Mueller has interviewed and who he has granted immunity.
