Before the 10th Amendment we had the Articles of Confederation. Interestingly the Articles of Confederation actually state multiple times that the union shall be perpetual, yet it was dissolved anyway. The US Constitution doesn't even claim to be perpetual, yet you're arguing that it is. If a perpetual union can be dissolved then so can a nonperpetual union.So illogical and unaware you are !!!!
