The idea for Skyscrapers in Europe that electricity, water and gas costs are higher in the top floors compared to the lower floors of skyscrapers.

On the other hand, when buying, lower floors of skyscrapers should be more expensive, because it is safer to live in them (in case of fire and other accidents).

I think with the idea will increase the importance of the height of the skyscraper through the purchase costs and through the costs of electricity, water and gas.

I don't understand why electricity, water and gas are higher in the top floors. Why is electricity more expensive on the top floors? Punishing the successful people?

The upper floors cost more because of the view, in most instances. And people will find that more valuable than the lower floors, despite supposed safety issues.

Before the invention of the water supply system, people built houses near rivers, in order to reach water more easily and quickly. It was important whether someone's house was near the river or far from the river (where the water was taken from), because it was much more difficult for those who were far from the river to reach water.

With the invention of the water supply system, it was much easier for people who lived far from rivers to get water.

It was a mistake and it is a mistake that they were not charged for the distance to the river from where the water is taken, because people who have houses near the rivers deliberately built houses in those places in order to get to the water easier and faster.

That's why it's important that skyscrapers are charged for the distance from the place where the water is taken to the user who uses that water.

It's an idiotic idea because in the case of a nuclear war all Skyscrapers are done immediately

First of all, there are only so many places by the river. The rest should be punished for that?

Once the water reaches this mythical skyscraper, the amount of effort or energy needed to supply the top floors or the bottom floors is the same.

In most European cities, the center of town is tasteful with wide boulevards, trees, and harmonious mixed-purpose neighborhoods with handsome architecture no more than five or six stories high.

Skyscrapers are typically found the suburbs, which are considered the seedy and ugly part of town
