I am a Rock n Roll person all the way.
Waylon Jennings was an exception to this.
When I was 15 or 16 I don't know... I bought Waylon Jennings Greatest Hits for reasons I don't remember. I thought he was awesome. I got several of my friends to like it. From there I got a little into some of Willie and Cash.

Probably my favorite.... Huuuuuuge memories from this song. Being a teenager, jumping into quarry holes and such. Good ol Days.

Waylon Jennings had many talents, but to me his strongest was his lyrics.
Used in the movie Executioners Song his song "Defying Gravity" is a an example of that.
A man who basically had a 6th grade education was able to grasp language in the way he did.
