I wandered into Reddit several years back for about a day.
They are not a debate site.
They are a circular jerk site.
Reddit is mostly just a massive collection of sub groups who all agree with each other. Which is exactly why it is so popular among Gen Zs who don't like, and don't know how to deal with anyone who doesn't think like they do
