There is the current proposal. I am curious as to what those of you who are reading it think so far.
I would like to hear what you like that is in the bill as well as what you dislike.
I'm only about 150 pages in and its driving me crazy with all the references back to older bills and regulations. So far it looks like hr3200's big brother.
