I spent time on USMB at work and now it is blocked. Oh well.

The ICC had a stat that showed the "percent of life" on the site ... there were folks on 25% to 30% of the day on average ... something of a goal of mine was keeping that below 10% ... one really does need to play chess 2-1/2 hours a day to stay proficient ... plus study off-line ...

Then I got married and haven't played since ... chess and wimin don't mix ... if you never try, you'll die a happier man ...
