How we can stop ISIS in its tracks

Isis cannot be stopped-----Caliphate is islam. Caliphate is----according to Islamic concept ---THE ONLY VALID FORM OF GOVERNMENT Isis just happens to be
sunni-----so the sect SHIITE rejects it-----but Shiite islam requires caliphate just as
much as does sunni islam. As long as the earth harbors muslims----the filth of
caliphatism will pollute the planet

I'd say citizenship should be based on commitments to follow the law and due process. Anyone who cannot commit to enforce and defend the law should not be allowed residency or citizenship in that country.

So all this retribution attitude, people taking justice in their own hands and not respecting "due process of law" before they retaliate, judge and punish others -- that should be banned.

Police unions and military should refuse to work in any district where the citizens have not taken a vow of civil obedience where anyone who refuses is removed.

Weed out anyone with criminal mentality, and either they agree to seek medical or mental therapy for their problems, or someone else has to accept legal responsibility as guardian if they are that criminally ill.

People are either legally competent or not.
So those who are competent should accept responsibility for the law, similar to police or military who take vows.

And those who are sick or incompetent shouldn't be running around free as a threat to public safety and security, but should be under medical treatment or supervision if they are that much a danger to themselves and to society.

If everyone agreed to follow and enforce the same standards of law,
then anyone with ill or criminal intent would stand out, so this could be identified and resolved in advance,
before any crime or violence occurs.

Part of the problem is, if our own govt won't follow laws, but abuses authority politically for the benefit of a few, even to the point of violating laws, this lowers the standards of law enforcement, fuels division and problems over the corruption, and thus invites more outside attacks to go on, taking advantage of the internal division and chaos.

On the other hand, if all citizens and groups unite in agreement to enforce the same laws, that unified spirit strengthens the community and city locally, and collectively strengthens the state and nation.

That will do more to weed out, expose, and deter people with unlawful motives.

Nuke Mecca, Medina, Tehran, Damascus, Baghdad...

... and any other locale...

... where there is a Muslim center of influence.

The munipality of Ferguson was actually following this example of justice for profit when the seemingly properly subjugated citizens began the demonstrations against their lawful treatment.
