Because this law has been sinking the last few months, both in implementation and approval.

Now the COPPER PLAN is being proposed.
Perhaps if our representatives had done their JOBS 4 years ago we wouldn't have the absurdity with this law we have today.

By providing a new, lower cost, high deductible option called the Copper Plan (in addition to the existing Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze-level options in the marketplace) we will give consumers more control over their own coverage, spur competition and, most importantly, increase affordability.
