Kvetch---DNA analysis COULD provide a clue as to just how much "arab" is in 'arabs' -----it would involve DNA sequencing of large numbers of desert dwelling Bedouin in Saudi Arabia-----I know of no such studies----and doubt that they will ever be done-------for several reasons
1 Saudi muslims prefer to write their own history
2 ALL one needs to know is already KNOWN ----and is in the pages
of the koran
3 Lots of Saudis do not want to know how much -----SUBSAHARAN dna
has afflicted their chromosomes
