Yes you can. It's all about electoral votes. Partisan gerrymandering puts the majority of people of color in a particular state all in one district. Or in as few districts they possibly can. Whereas rural white people, in less populated areas, get the same amount of electoral votes, if not more. So when Trump wins a state, he's winning as state voted by its minority (old white folk) residents.You can't gerrymander a presidential election you stupid retard.
