Also, on the $6 billion unaccounted for money for the State Dept due to lousy paperwork on contracts given out for the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, it was for a 6 year period, and all three Secretary of States were involved, Condoleeza Rice, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry...The State Department went without an independent inspector general during that period of the full 2008 thru 2013, and this new guy who was appointed as IG in 2014 is tearing the place apart finding all kinds of no nos and cleaning the joint up, finally.
