BULLSHIT: the major issue of the day is Climate Change, and how pollution is impacting our air, water and soil.

No, the reason Climate change is such an issue is that the state wants increased taxation, or carbon taxes, and more power to dictate to you how much carbon pollution you can put out.

Well guess what, the free market then becomes out of the question. For such fascism, socialism is the only approach

Well, first of all the crash happened largely because of very risky lending policies implemented under Democratic Presidents Carter and Clinton. Personally the crash didn't affect me because I didn't sell my stocks or real estate.

What bothers me is that Management salaries are so much higher than everyone elses. Any idiot can be a manager - and most are.

Businesses need the most intelligent, hard working people doing the productive work. Management is not directly productive.

Most management decisions are common sense, the organizational capabilities are minimal. The most value managers add if if they're honest and they communicate well. None of that takes tremendous skills.

There is one and only one trait that makes a successful manager - not being a total idiot.

Somebody sounds bitter for being past over a few times for the management position. That’s ok, the world needs burger flippers and fork lift drivers too.

I started raising kids on a ten dollar an hour job in 1984.

No, the reason climate change is such an issue is because we're getting hotter. The southwest US hasn't had a winter since 2011 and were developing/intensifying the major storms that are effecting the central and eastern US. How about "them" tornado's this year?

The crash happened due to BushCo not enforcing existing regulation.

If you had stock post August, 2007 you took a bath.

If you had real estate on the east or west coast with pocket exceptions you got killed.

The next real estate crash within the next few years is going to effect middle America, large cities that are having a run-up today.
