Unfortunately, there is no comparable emoluments clause for one of the most corrupt organization on the planet - no, not Ukraine leadership, I mean the US Congress.
So far Biden, Kerry, Pelosi and Romney got caught with family member getting kickbacks from Ukraine so they threw out the squid ink and now cloak their dealings.
They fought harder against Rand Paul's call for accountability for the Zelen$ky than they ever fought for the US taxpayer, like it was a life or death struggle.
How can we track:

- How Ukraine allocates the "aid"
- How much of the materials send get listed on the Black Market, and
- How much is kicked back to US Congress in any form or fashion? For example: Congress sends out money to Ukraine, Burisma makes large campaign contributions to Congress or enters into a contract with Pelosi's husband or Kevin McCarthy's cronies?
