I am left with the following questions:
Where, in the video, is the evidence of Straka “impeding a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder”?
What is the evidence of Straka " knowingly entering and remaining on restricted grounds" . . . keep in mind the “Capitol Grounds” were not closed to the public, and Straka is not reported to have entered the building.
How did Straka “engage in disorderly conduct with intent to disturb a hearing before Congress” when he never entered the building?
I think a 1st year criminal law student could easily get this case kicked out of court and have the FBI Agent reprimanded by the Court for bringing a frivolous case before the Court.
