I have run all my spy-bot and ad-aware, plus searched the internet for a solution. I have yet to get it fixed. my browser keeps getting hijacked and reset to the following:

    http://s-redirect.com/?b=hc

is there anything that i can do? this is REALLY irritating. Not only that, is my favorites list keeps ketting stuff that i don't want added to it.

    PLEASE HELP ME!

find a program called 'hijack this'. its a great program that can be downloaded from www.download.com. I have run it many times and it gets rid of about 99% of the crap from hijacked web browsers.

i did run that, but it did not solve the problem. i actually called (my hubby's idea) my brother in law (who's in this profession) and he told me how to modify ad-aware to make it effective AND he gave me a link to download another program that will prevent future hijackings.

    thanks for the responses anyway.

If you are using xp, make sure you get sp2
    also try SpywareGuard
and in addition use Maxthon for your web browsing needs (beats ie)
