Pre-cook about 4 medium sized chicken breasts, then cut into bite size bits. Place in bowl and add 2 cans of Veg-All.......(cans of mixed vegetables).....and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Then add a few spices of your choice. I like to add some garlic and herb seasonings, salt and pepper...maybe some basil.....some chicken seasonings, just however you wish to flavor it. You will need a 2 pack of deep dish pie crusts from your food store freezer section. Pour the chicken mixture into one of the pie crusts, then take the remaining pie crust and place it on top, and crimp the edges all around, so none of the goodness gets out! Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, depending on your oven. Very tasty, easy, and much better than those cheap ass banquet thingies.
