The body of a 34-year-old homeless man was found yesterday in the cliffs near Manhattan Avenue off Paterson Plank Road in Jersey City, officials said today.
Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio identified the man as James Borges whose last known address was in Hoboken.
His body was discovered by an individual who was walking in the area. Borges was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:15 p.m.
