Don't dismiss the title of this thread. Sure, this fool doesn't represent anybody but himself, but DHS is buying 1.2 BILLION rounds of 9mm hollow-points. These aren't "practice rounds" like they claim. And they didn't "get a better price by buying in bulk" either....so what are they planning and why the monstrous purchase that's cleaned the shelves of ammunition?
