What!!!?!?!?! America barely has any true poverty. Capitalism in America has created a "poverty" where people are fat from eating too much, have subsidized housing and welfare, free education, TVs, air conditioning, etc etc etc.

If you are dirt poor and homeless in capitalist America....it's your own damn fault.

If 3 people get an apartment together...and 1 delivers pizzas, 1 works as a mover, 1 works as a waiter/waitress....they can bring in $1500/week easily and those are 3 low skill jobs that are ALWAYS hiring. That's roughly $6000 a month amongst 3 friends who can share a 2 bedroom apartment in a lower/middle class suburb. That's NOT poverty. They can live a decent life on that. And CAPITALISM is why....in fact....capitalism means they could go on to start and own their own pizza shop, moving company or restaurant.

I may not agree with this guy much but he's 100% right. You people think America's "poor" are poor??? Go to Brazil. You'll never see American poverty the same way. Capitalism has blessed this country beyond our wildest dreams. Our poor people spend $300 on a phone and $200 on fucking sneakers.

And I'm not saying "oh they're poor they don't deserve that stuff". I'm saying....they're not that poor. They just happen to be the bottom of the American ladder....but our ladder is fucking awesome because of capitalism.
