cheap labor

no, it's more than that...Florida has some of the cheapest labor out there....and you have to pay foreign workers on VISAS the average pay for local workers for the same type of work....so his savings must come from not having to pay the social security and medicare tax or it could be he gets them to sign non disclosure agreements, or he keeps his turnover down, they are forced to stay and work there for the period he hired them for, vs US workers could just leave if working conditions stunk....?
