He actually said at REPUBLICAN GOP - Type Debate (last night) -
1. We should 'possibly' raise the federal minimum wage.
2. Index the federal minimum wage so it goes up every year with inflation.
Crazy or crazy like a Fox.
Let's face it, most of what Ben Carson says about public policy and foreign policy comes off as painfully uniformed opinion bordering on Sarah Palin level stupidity, and it appears that the only time he says something sensible, he's echoing Bernie Sanders.
Fiornia's answer about the "job creators" and getting out of their way was sickening mostly because people are buying that she actually cares about mom and pop small biz startups. She's talking about deregulating big industry and financial services. She doesn't give a flying f about the little local business that is not really effected by Fed banking regs.
The little local business is struggling because the American consumer buys cheap goods made overseas.
The American consumer buys cheap goods made over seas because that's all they can afford on low wages - salaries that have not increased with inflation and cost of living.
