Here's a question for the group

No juice for us except a little apple or V8 juice to thin down fruit and veggie smoothies. Many people are taking meds that interact badly with grapefruit juice. And orange juice can spike blood sugar and is far inferior in nutrition than eating a whole orange. Oh sure there's nothing wrong with enjoying a glass of fruit juice now and then, but eating the fruit instead of drinking the juice is far better for everyone.
 
I can't stomach any citrus drink in the morning, let alone grapefruit.
I can drink it later just fine after something else is in my stomach
