President Donald Trump pardoned former chief strategist Steve Bannon as part of a flurry of clemency action in the final hours of his White House term that benefited more than 140 people, including rap performers, ex-members of Congress and other allies of him and his family.
The White House also said Trump has pardoned Al Pirro, the ex-husband of Fox News Channel host and Trump ally Jeanine Pirro.

Other pardon recipients include former Rep. Rick Renzi, an Arizona Republican who served three years for corruption, money laundering and other charges, and former Rep. Duke Cunningham of California, who was convicted of accepting $2.4 million in bribes from defense contractors. Cunningham, who was released from prison in 2013, received a conditional pardon.

Trump also commuted the prison sentence of former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, who has served about seven years behind bars for a racketeering and bribery scheme.

Bannon has been charged with duping thousands of donors who believed their money would be used to fulfill Trump’s chief campaign promise to build a wall along the southern border. Instead, he allegedly diverted over a million dollars, paying a salary to one campaign official and personal expenses for himself.

It's like they love getting ripped off by corrupt criminals.

We love living with these truthful and stalwart Progs controlling everything today. Forcing crap on people as they promote themselves defender of the realm. We are a burgeoning police state with the central security apparatus casting a larger and larger shadow on the land and local law enforcement either approved of or not with abuses still taken place by some.

Odd, I never sent Trump a nickel but I believe the election was stolen and nothing that has transpired since has convinced me otherwise.

All I needed to see is what transpired in GA and the lengths the dems went to to protect ballots that did not follow the law in other states.

I will say this, there were a lot of rubes that got bilked out of their money by Rudy and the other greasy lawyers involved and they should all be disbarred.

Too funny.
Who's going to pay for the wall?

"We're not a rich country. We're a debtor nation...We've got to get rid of the $19 trillion in debt," Trump told The Washington Post in April 2016, several months before the election he would win. "I think I could do it fairly quickly...I would say over a period of eight years," Trump added, and suggested he would do so by renegotiating trade deals and creating trade surpluses.

Trump predicted that economic growth created by the 2017 tax cut, combined with the proceeds from the tariffs he imposed on a wide range of goods from numerous countries, would help eliminate the budget deficit and let the U.S. begin to pay down its debt. On July 27, 2018, he told Sean Hannity of Fox News: “We have $21 trillion in debt. When this [the 2017 tax cut] really kicks in, we’ll start paying off that debt like it’s water.”

National debt- 2016 $19 trillion.

National debt - 2021 $27.8 trillion.

The con artists are the Democrats with their pathetic TDS witch hunt hate fest trial.

A sorry ass attempt to divert attention from the fact that a Democrat Congress and Presidency have once again screwed up our economy.

In an interview last night Rep. Lofgren said she is going to meet with the committee's counsel in order to further clarify details about the money trail. It seems to have all the elements of Trump's prior involvement with fraud. Namely, with his fraudulent real estate school and with the "charitable" foundation that was shut down because he was stealing money from it.

You and Smokin' OP voted for Biden and still defend his boneheaded policies despite mountains of evidence that his policies are destroying our economy. You guys are the poster children for the Democratic lemming/cult.
What policies might those be? You do understand had Trump been re-elected, he would be dealing with the same issues?
If you aren't genuine enough to admit that, then...the cult has you! :)

This has what to do with the topic?

He would be dealing with the same issues for sure, but he would mitigate them, unlike Biden who aggravates them.

I was hoping we could get another one of these threads. 500 isn't enough.
