No, your wrong. The Certificate of Live Birth that was issued for the birth of Mr. Obama is used For ALL BIRTHS IN HAWAII.

Well, I suppose if someone were questioning if The BOY King was born ALIVE... then such a certificate would be relevant as evidence to such an inquiry.

This however is not the case... the question here is was the BOY King BORN IN THE USA... which the Certification that he was born alive, doesn't cover.

At issue is the simple document which; if he were born in the USA, as the USC requires that he must to be even a CANDIDATE for the Presidency... such would be readily available; and to date has not been made available to anyone.

Rest assured that I am not here to advance any contest to his birth origins; have no evidence, beyond the public statements by his own grandmother; that he was born in Kenya... and the inexplicable position taken by the Kenyan government to refuse to provide ANY cooperation with anyone seeking information regarding the subject... that the Brown Clown was born elsewhere.

I simply come to state that this entire issue is the making of One Hussein Barak Obama; who refuses to produce HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

And where he would... and such sustains his previous affirmations... the issue and the valid questions stemming from it; would be no more.

The State of Hawaii issues a Certificate of Live Birth for ALL births in the State of Hawaii. The Certificate of Live Birth is proof of birth.

Again... the issue here is NOT one wherein there lies some doubt that Hussein was BORN... The issue is WHERE was he born... Specifically, whether or not he is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States..

Interestingly enough... the following is what is what the Hawaiin legal code has to say on the subject:

&#8220;[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State.
(a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]"

Now in case ya missed that... what the Hawaiin Government is telling you there, is that IF a person can show, within a year of the birth OR ADOPTION of their minor child; DURING WHICH THEY WERE NOT IN HAWAII , but were citizens there; A minimum of a YEAR prior to THE TIME of birth or ADOPTION... Hawaii will provide a BIRTH CERTIFICATE... providing them US citizenship.

Now... what's interesting about the BIRTH CERTIFICATE, in contrast to the 'certification of live birth'... is that the BIRTH CERTIFICATE provides the specific information RELEVANT TO THE ACTUAL BIRTH; Location, residing Doctor; witnesses, time, date, etc... where the certification fo live birth merely provides the information relevant to the CERTIFICATION...

ALL of which... including my deceased brother... have BIRTH CERTIFICATES... which certify where we were born, the attending physician; the witnesses; along with time, date and the relevant Bith info regarding the respective individuals stats upon delivery... race, religion and so on.

My point is how pathetic it is, that ALL such requests could be put to bed THIS MINUTE by President Hussein simply providing a copy of his BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

A request which seems to otherwise be a very reasonable request indeed; which requires no effort on the part of the President... the entire thing could be taken care on with a phone call; a note to his cheif of staff, or to simply ask that such be done...

BUT NO! His obstuse refusal has cost the State of Hawaii God only knows how much money, time and attention...
