Oh, by any rational standard, the issue was resolved in 2007 with the COLB. Its prima facie evidence in any court of law. And would end any legal challenge in a millisecond.

But birtherism doesn't have much to do with rational.

Blindly supporting a president who was never vetted isn't rational in my opinion.

They can't properly "vet" a former CIA agent. Former president George HW Bush was in charge of the CIA, he was a spook and never properly vetted, but folks voted for him. So what's the difference? Trust me, Obama was born in the USA. Chances are, his dad was also born in America, probably Chicago. Americans just aren't allowed to know the truth, because if they did, they wouldn't have voted for him, anymore than they would have voted for Bush senior had they know the truth about that spook.

Madsen painstakingly and conclusively demonstrated that virtually all of Obama’s relatives were CIA operatives. Madsen has found even more CIA connections to Obama’s first employer. Madsen further went on to describe how Obama’s family was clearly exposed and was intimately connected to MKULTRA’s mind control program at the University of Hawaii. It’s a Small World, After All
President Obama’s family and former Ex-Goldman Sachs executive, Ex-Treasury Secretary and World Bank leader,Tim Geithner and his family have been joined together at the hip for decades. Tim Geithner’s father worked for the CIA in the Rockefeller funded Ford Foundation in Asia. Geitner’s father was in charge of micro-finance for the Ford Foundation for all of Asia. From Wayne Madsen’s work, we know that President Obama’s mother was in charge of micro-finance in Indonesia. The Hollywood producers could not make this plot up. Geithner’s father was Obama’s mother’s boss. It is likely that Geithner’s father tagged Obama as a potential presidential CIA Ford Foundation, well-groomed Manchurian candidate.

Additional information comes from the discovery that the two universities that Obama attended, Harvard and Columbia, were prime CIA recruiting grounds. The Ford and Rockefeller Foundations continued to fund Columbia’s Soviet studies programs through the early 1980s, where Obama was a student. And would anyone care to guess what Obama was studying?

Its clear as a bell. The birth certificate matches the original records. What about the sentence above so utterly confuses and confounds you? Is it the use of punctuation? Hard words like 'matches'? Or perhaps 'information'. Does 'original records' confuse you?

They didn't say it was an exact scan of the original document.

The information is the same as the original documents. What exactly are you alleging? That the White House forged a document that's 100% accurate? If so, that's the stupidest thing I've heard. Its the information on the original vital documents that is relevant to Obama's eligibility to be president. And that information is accurately represented by the birth certificate posted on the white house website.

And the COLB that was released in 2008, for that matter.

You can't get around that. And it utterly obliterates the entire birther narrative.

As for Skyler, Fukino, who I have spoken with at length via telephone, is not qualified to say who is and who is not a natural born citizen. She can state if someone is a native born citizen but not a natural born citizen.

She's certainly qualified to say who was born in the State of Hawaii per Hawaii's vital records. Which, of course, she has, affirming that Obama was born in Hawaii. Ending the debate yet again. The State of Hawaii has affirmed Obama's birth in Hawaii formally.....FOUR TIMES. And still your ilk continue to insist that it hasn't been established.

Our laws don't recognize 'native born' citizenship status. There's no such thing. You're either natural born (citizen at birth) or naturalized (citizen after birth). There's no third type. Since at least the time of the passage of the 14th amendment, anyone born in the United States is a citizen at birth. And Obama was a citizen at birth due to his birth in the United States.

President Chester Arthur had a Canadian father and his eligibility to be president was never questioned on the basis of his parentage. It was only when rumors that he was born in Canada began to circulate that his eligibility was questioned. As it was well understood that natural born status follows *place* of birth. Not lineage.

The USSC found the same thing in Wong Kim Ark as they discussed the meaning of 'natural born' in the revolutionary and pre-revolutionary times. And it was well understood by the courts and the founders that natural born status followed place of birth....with a child born in the country being a natural born even if both of his parents were foreigners.

So we have overwhelming and compelling first hand evidence that Obama's original vital records affirm he was born in Hawaii. Four separate times. We have precedent of someone in Obama's exact situation (born in the US with one foreign parent) being eligible to be President and holding that office. We have the USSC recognizing that natural born status followed place of birth at the time of the founders and before. And we have no ruling nor law that *ever* indicated that someone isn't a natural born citizen if they are born in the United States.

Obama's eligibility to be president has been more thoroughly affirmed than any president in US history. Which is why the fact that Birthers still exist is so ludicrously funny. And why they are a national laughing stock.

And by 'truth', you mean whatever batshyte nonsense you want to make up. And 'chances are' Obama Sr. was born in Chicago? I don't think 'chances are' means what you think it means.

Birthers have as much evidence that Obama was born in orbit as they have that he was born in Kenya. Or anywhere other than Hawaii. While the State of Hawaii has affirmed Obama's Hawaiian birth.

You are unaware that there were many ways to get an LFBC back in 1961 without having been born there.

Huh? Its not Obama that prevents just anyone from viewing vital records. Its Hawaiian law. As Dr. Fukino made clear, Obama's vital records were treated no differently than anyone else's. You simply don't know what you're talking about.

You're still stuck on the 2007 COLB, being unable to refute any part of it. While the document is prima facie evidence in any court of law. It alone resolves any legal questions as to Obama's place of birth. Everything else that came after is just a dead horse being kicked.

In fact, they avoid making the clearest statement of all. That the pdf is a scan of exactly what we gave them. Had they made a simple clear statement like this, many of them would be going to jail after Arpaio's next press conference.

I call bullshit. In this very thread we have birthers insisting that the original vital records were forged. Obviously, they can't back that claim up with jack shit. But it demonstrates how utterly willing and even eager Birthers are to ignore any evidence that refutes them.

Even when the State of Hawaii says, unambiguously, that Obama's birth certificate is 100% accurate, your ilk still ignore them.

For no particular reason. Any reasonable doubts were met with the 2007 COLB. What's left are unreasonable doubts. Which obligate no one to do anything.
