The problem is that agriculture doesn't have to use e-verify and businesses are not being fined for hiring illegals and there is no great effort to infiltrate and dismantle the forged ID network in the US..The illegals would not be here is they could get no work. During the total control of the govt. by the repubs there was zero legislation introduced to not allows illegals any abilities to welfare...
