The SoloFlex (or whatever it was that broke) was likely aged (as is the plaintiff), exposed to the Nevada sun too much (as has been the plaintiff), had dry-rotted rubbers that should have been replaced years ago (as applies to the plaintiff)...the floor was hard (as is the head of the plaintiff)...yet Reid will sue the equipment manufacturer, the store where purchased, the installer, the rubber company that made the bungies, his trainer, the floor tile manufacturer, the home builder and anyone that has ever pulled a stroke on his exercise machine.

Surely, this cannot have been his fault!
