Every cockamamie "plan" he comes up with is 90% bullcrap and everyone knows it. Its all about political theater and few will fall for it time any more than in the past.
What he gains is time on fux, brietbart etc.
But, there's a good reason why these jokers lost the election. While LyinRyan wants to steal every penny the middle class will ever see and while he and the rest of the R obstruct recovery, President Obama has made real progress.
The voters saw that and has continued to see it and they are not dumb enough to vote against their own and their childrens' future.
