Government is servant and not owner. Government does not own the country and does not own its people. People/Citizens own the country and its money.

President and prime minister are the CEO and politicians are the managers of the country.

People/Citizens are the owners of the country. Owners can kick out or fire the CEO and managers anytime they want. Correct me if I am wrong?
