So, with more than $250.0 bil. of the Stimulus left to spend, $145.0 bil. in grants and contracts included: All Republicans up for re-election, and likely any new ones now campaigning--All refused to cut the federal taxes last year! That is the kinds of families they are! They voted against federal tax reductions, especially any supportive of business.

    $223B in Tax Relief

Some of the tax cuts funding is yet to happen: That all GOP candidates do not want Americans to have! GOP mainly voted against the Stimulus, source of the tax cuts and the Refundable Income Tax Credit, of Make Work Pay for the employed. That actually sets up a basis for National Cost-of-Living-Adjustment,(COLA), properly computed. There is a wrongly computed COLA in Social Security, which Nixon did. Teachers all support what Nixon did. All GOP wamt to be like Nixon, or least like George Bush I, or II.

GOP voted against having U. S. based corporations build cars. GOP can even give a bad name, to their leaders(?)!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(GOP send squaws to many nations, only with trinkets money--which is the only money they believe in. Democrats bring much monehy and cash, instead! Only trinkets are supported by GOP, "management" people!)

    So..define "virtually" unanimously.

And I followed the link and found nothing that supports the op. It's a pie chart.

tax cuts only favor rich people.

if we want to stimulate the economy, we need to raise taxes like clinton did.

    26 million jobs created.

The Refundable Tax Credit is actually a great, and socialist, modern advance in all of economic history. It is basis for a National Cost-Of-Living-Adjustment, on an equal-amount kind of basis. Generally, a price rise for one is a price rise for all. The price of a Lamborghini increases $20,000.00. Generally the poor have to pay that, too: Even after the lottery event.

Clinton's variation was an equal amount per child income tax credit, at $500.00 or so.

Nixon had imposed voluntary, fixed percentage, wage and price guidelines instead. Senator McGovern had proposed providing $1000.00 for every man, woman, and child in America.

Guess what would come of that, just today!?! Senator McGovern was a liberal Democrat, doing Great Socialist, interventions in national economies. Gerald Ford, as President, would follow along the Great Socialist leadership with income tax rebates. Others would follow the Great Socialist leadership along.

(Conservatives do tend to the Presbyterian model of Commodity Money in "Wealth of Nations!" That was of the time when even all France even knew that the "State" was in fact, the royal family--and not any Americans at all!)

Who was in charge of congress when all this happened? That is where you will find out who was really responsible.

Who was in office, and who signed what, finally didn't much matter at all.

The stock markets all paid attention to the balanced budget, and the bubble then burst at the last years of the Clinton Administration. Things got so bad that computers in Florida even had trouble counting ballots!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(And so after dimpled chads became widely fashionable, "political capital," then the Conservatives would again want commodity money to run the world--instead of what they got, apparently!_

Mrs. Obama famously. . . .works. . . .in the garden, doing female things(?)! POTUS Obama is then free to do other things(?)!

In the Ford Administration, and in the closing days of the Nixon Adminstration, disgraced before it: The United States had the option of $300.0 bil. annual deficits to prevent a major downturn, or $300.0 bil. annual deficits to bail-out of a major downturn. "The Reagan Trajectory," would not go that far along with it, but gave it a start. Black Teenage unemployment exceeded 50%, and the famous gang-banger sub-culture wars got under way. Not even submariner, James Carter would go that far into recession prevention before Reagan. In fact, like the banks now, Carter even froze all the credit cards.

The Total Credit Market was widely understood, except that the Ford Administration would do equal dollar tax rebates. Alabama teachers would all get $1000.00 annual bonuses, regardless of pay grade. Jerry Brown, then Governor, would provide equal amount bonuses for California state employees.

Clinton would finally approach the $300.0 bil. deficit spending levels, and would provide an equal dollar tax credit, per child, on the more recurring basis. The Credit Market concept was coming into its own. University Faculty, (Indiana University, Bloomington, Political Science), had bonged the whole concept in 1971-73 time frame. No doctorate would be conferred.

Then the Bogus Administration came into office, paying attention as was usual and customary for the family.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Mostly, the Ivy League educated do tolerate the concept of teenage blacks slaughtering one another, as the preferred alternative. Hollywood--likely even Nashville--makes kazillions from them! And then it's on to the clothing manufacturers, and then on to the Obama Adminisgtration, and Yee--Haaawwww! Colored Entertainer families even drawing high pay--all supportive of the law, just like the Ivy League. . . .et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, (bald guys, too)!
